The name PhysWell stems from our two main pillars, Physical Therapy and Wellness. Within our name, our goal is to blend the two worlds of healthcare and fitness to promote overall wellness for each individual.

We blend these two worlds because there should not be barriers to health. Our philosophy is that they should co-exist as a symbiotic relationship that flow freely from one to the other and back again. In a world where achieving happiness and health can be so difficult and complex, we hope to make it easy.

I am passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves through rehabilitative and preventative care. I want to help eliminate pain, improve strength, and overall quality of life. I want to help people remain active. I feel blessed to receive this gift from God of the use of my hands and feel it is my do-diligence to use it to the best of my ability.

When you book a physical therapy session with me, you will receive complete 1-on-1 attention and I will dedicate my knowledge to fixing your musculoskeletal issues in a complete way that is unmatched by traditional physical therapists.

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, which causes horrible migraines to the point where I can't sleep at night, and Lauren has been a life saver!
